Adolph Hitler : WAS HE A GOOD LEADER?

We all have our opinions. My sister and i were having a great, and deep discussion about effective leaders/good leaders.
Leader has a definition of: a person who leads: as a : guide, conductor b (1) : a person who directs a military force or unit (2) : a person who has commanding authority or influence ; a party member chosen to manage party activities in a legislative body (3) : such a party member presiding over the whole legislative body when the party constitutes a majority. Now Hitler did all of those things......so my argument is WAS HITLER A GOOD LEADER. Note that the Argument is not "WAS HITLER A GOOD PERSON" nor "DID HITLER HAVE GOOD MORALS AND VALUES". My Side of the argument is that Hitler was a phenomenal and extremely effective leader. One of the best i must add. no he was not the nicest of them all...but he did his job, and he did it well...lets say ur job is to kill every dog you see.....and so every dog u see, you kill....even tho its a fucked up job...ur doing it well...which makes u good at your job!!!....Please Id like to hear some feedback!!!!!! what do you think...and why do u think it!!!!????!!!!!
